Friendship Pet Memorial Park                                                  Rules and RegulationsIn an effort to maintain the beauty and dignity of our loved one's final resting place, the Board of Directors of Trinity Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum has established the following Rules and Regulations. Please feel free to discuss them with any member of our Family Service Staff should you require additional clarification or information.     1.  The cemetery's business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday,           and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. The cemetery's visiting hours are from               Dawn to Dusk.     2.  Any services or fees regarding an at-need burial must be paid in full prior to the           interment service date. If the burial is scheduled for a Monday payment must be           made by 12:00 noon on the prior Saturday. Tuesday thru Friday burials must be           paid by 1:00 PM the day prior to the service.     3.  All mausoleum crypts must be paid in full prior to a burial.     4.  Given the number of loved ones in our care, and number of visitors we have                    each day, the cemetery cannot and will not be responsible for the theft of or                    damage to personal items left on cemetery grounds. This includes the bronze                vases on the memorials.     5.  The cemetery provides security by employing off duty Charles County Sheriff's               Officers. In the event you notice any suspicious activity, dial 911 or call (301)                  932-2222. Security cameras have also been installed at the entrance and exits.     6.  Please use only the cemetery roadways when operating your vehicle. Parking or           driving on lawns is prohibited. the posted speed limit while on cemetery                         grounds is 15 miles per hour, and is strictly enforced for the safety of our                         visitors.     7.  While we recognize the importance and position of pets in many families, we                 ask that you respect the sanctity of the cemetery by not bringing them with you             when you visit.     8.  Hunting and fishing on the grounds is not permitted.     9.  Floral arrangements are allowed outside the subsurface vase from November 15           until april 15. all arrangements are put on grave sites at the property owners'                 risk. Please use discretion when placing arrangements. Wreaths, blankets and               small Christmas trees are allowed. All holiday decorations must be removed                   prior to February 1.     10.  Flower arrangements and other decorations left after a funeral service will be               left in place for up to one week. After which time, any  arrangements or other                 items will be removed by cemetery grounds staff.     11.  Outside of the designated period determined by Trinity Memorial gardens and              Mausoleum, (see item 6) only fresh or silk flower arrangements are permitted                in the sub-surface vase. It is prohibited to place or attach any items to trees or                any area on cemetery property. The use of balloons as part of a memorial                        decoration may damage the memorial. Inclement weather and prolonged                        exposure to sunlight can distort the balloon, and may cause permanent                            discoloration of the memorial. For this reason, use of balloons as memorial                    decoration is at your own risk       12.  The use of breakable items (i.e. glass vases, glass containers, porcelain, etc.)                  products is not permitted. Breakable items pose a serious hazard to cemetery                visitors, our maintenance crew and their equipment. For the same reason, we                ask that you not use wire, wire pins, or make holes in the soil to secure flower                arrangements, or to place rods of any kind in vase or at the gravesite.     13.  While we recognize that taste is an individual matter, we reserve the right to                   remove from gravesites any items which have deteriorated: which are contrary             to cemetery regulations, or do not contribute to the beauty and dignity of the                 cemetery. We will not be held responsible for such items which may be                             removed.     14.  We recognized the importance of maintaining each grave site in the best                          possible condition. For this reason, we have a full-time grounds crew                                responsible for all grounds maintenance. For your safety, we ask that you not                perform any grounds maintenance yourself or retain others to perform it on                  your behalf. In the event that the grave site of a loved one requires special care,              we ask that you bring it to the attention of a Family Service Staff member. The              planting or altering of any area of the garden is not permitted.      15.  In order to maintain the park-like setting of the cemetery, only bronze                             memorials set flush to a granite foundation will be permitted for                                       memorialization.
